About Us
Mission statement/description
The Handmaids are cloistered contemplatives dedicated to Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration for the sanctification of priests and the needs of the whole world.

As a Pontifical community, their love for the Church is expressed in their unswerving loyalty and fidelity to the Holy Father, the Vicar of Christ on earth.
Qualifications for entry
Good physical and mental health with sufficient emotional maturity to live a joyful monastic life. Candidates must also be free from all canonical impediments.
Formation program
Candidates participate in a three-month aspirancy program by correspondence and a week long “Come and See” with retreat. This is followed by a nine month to one year postulancy and a two-year novitiate. Vows are renewed annually for five years before solemn vows are taken.
